Order Status

Thanks for choosing to shop with Train By Fire. Now that your order has been placed we get to package it up nicely and send it out to you.

When will I receive my order?
Typically orders ship out within 1-2 business days. Once your item has shipped we will provide you with tracking information so you can see its progress. Depending upon the delivery method you chose, your item could arrive within 1 business day up to 1 week. Typically heavier orders, i.e. barbells and bumpers, take a little longer due to their size. We also work with several freight companies to get you the best deal on shipping that we can.

What does my order status message mean?
Order Received: Your order has been received but has not been processed or shipped.
Received: Your order has been received by our staff and we are working on processing and shipping.
Partially Shipped: Part of your order has shipped and is on it’s way to you. Part of your order may be temporarily out of stock or back-ordered. We will contact you regarding that item.
Shipped: All the items on your order have shipped and tracking information is now available.
Cancelled: All items on your order or order line have been cancelled.

Why am I being charged taxes?

Purchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping.

What are the shipping methods available?
Train By Fire offers several different shipping methods. Most of our items have a Ground or Priority option as well as a One-Day and/or Two-Day options. Some of our heavier items may or may not have that option due to their size and processing time.

When do you guys ship orders out?
Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O box or to an APO or FPO address?
We ship to all addresses.

Who can I call if I do not see my order listed in the order status page or need to make changes or just talk about my order?
